The First Annual Catalogue of the North Missouri Normal School was never published. Professor 
Baldwin announced his intention to establish a Normal at Kirksville by means of circular which 
was posted in various places through out north-east Missouri and by means of addresses by 
himself and other members of the faculty. As far as is known none of the above mentioned 
circulars are now in existence.
